2. The Villa is part of an exclusive gated community owned by a few high-profile owners. Guests are requested to please STRICTLY adhere to the rules of the complex and the swimming pool rules so as not to disturb or inconvenience the other residents.

3. Parking: All guests and visitors to the Complex have access to parking as per the directions of the security personnel.

4. The Management will levy a penalty of Rs.1000/- for breach of any rules.

5. Use of prohibited drugs is not permitted in the Complex and the management staff is duty bound to report such use to the concerned authorities.

6. No pets are allowed in the Villa
